Service and Warranty

Get in touch
  1. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.
  2. Only personnel authorized by the company shall carry out repairs during the warranty period.
  3. Units installed outside the municipal jurisdiction of the company’s Authorized Service Center fall under the purchaser’s responsibility. The purchaser must contact and transport the unit to the nearest authorized service center at their own expense and risk.
  4. Calls made to the centralized helpline or Authorized Service Center, which involve only cleaning of the unit or its parts due to dust accumulation, providing general explanations, returning, or issues with specific software not being read or installed, should not be considered as defects. The company does not assume responsibility for the quality of software used by the purchaser.
  5. Should any part of the unit require repairs, the warranty will continue to be valid for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. The time required for repair and transportation, whether covered by the warranty or not, will not extend the warranty period.
  6. Should the authorized service center personnel detect any damage to the product or misuse, the warranty conditions will not apply. Repairs will then be carried out subject to the availability of parts and will be chargeable.
  7. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, and replacement parts are unavailable, the purchaser is bound to accept the company’s current depreciation rules as a commercial resolution instead of repairs.
  8. Should the company provide an EXTENDED WARRANTY for a particular product or time frame, it becomes the PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure the warranty card is properly registered at the nearest Authorized Service Center of the company within two weeks of purchase, at the purchaser’s own expense and risk.
  9. During the warranty period, repairs will be conducted on a “Carry In” basis. This means that for service, the purchaser is required to bring the product to the Service Center where the item is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not include the cost of transporting the system from the place of installation to the Service Center.
