It is important to note that while all items are sold or dispatched by Wellbeing Medical, delivery may occasionally be carried out by a courier service provider. Our platform serves customers from every country in Africa, with delivery times subject to variation due to factors like the product’s origin, the courier service used, the distance between the buyer and our location, and the shipping duration.

Returns can be requested within 7 days for all items under the following conditions:

– The item received is incorrect, damaged, defective, does not meet product standards/quality, or is incomplete.
– For returns due to a change of mind, authorization from us is required.

Please make sure that all seals, tags, and accessories are intact and the item is returned in its original packaging. If a password has been set on the device you are returning, it must be removed; otherwise, the return will be deemed invalid.

Should you purchase an item that is found to be defective, you may have the option to return it within seven days. Beyond this timeframe, returns are generally not accepted. In the event the item is under warranty, reaching out to the after-sales support team for a return authorization is advisable. Subsequently, the service center will address the issue with the defective item.

We will provide updates on the status of your return through email and SMS. You may track your return with the tracking number provided to you at the time of the item drop-off.
 
Depending on the nature of the complaint, a refund may be issued to your wallet immediately upon confirmation of the return, or the refund may be processed after the claim of defect has been validated.
Our delivery agent will contact you to arrange a pickup. Two attempts will be made to collect the item. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to return the item to the nearest store location.
All products purchased from wellbeingmedical.store come with a warranty, as indicated on the physical invoice that accompanies the product. It is essential to retain this invoice, as it will serve as proof of purchase in situations requiring service, return, or other related matters.

In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. wellbeingmedical.store reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. wellbeingmedical.store will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.

Once your order has been accepted you will receive an Email confirmation from luluhypermarket.com showing the details of the order you have just placed.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order, At point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either an original passport, driving license, or other government official documents to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.

You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied, unfortunately once the product is shipped as per the cancelation terms in the T&Cs charges may apply. For assistance in this matter please contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist.

When you order multiple products at once, we strive to deliver them all together. However, the possibility of combined delivery also depends on the types of products ordered. Some items are large and come directly from the supplier, which means we may not be able to deliver them alongside other products.
